ZookZ is changing the way people use and enjoy digital entertainment. ZookZ delivers unlimited, high-quality movies and music through a safe, legal and secure desktop application for a low monthly subscription.

Q. What does ZookZ offer, that’s different from competitors?
Unlike our competitors, ZookZ offers unlimited downloads of all movies and music in our archive for one low monthly fee. Once you download the file, you can view or listen to it on any medium of your choice without restrictions.

Q. There are lots of movie and music sites out there. What makes ZookZ different?
ZookZ is changing the way consumers purchase and enjoy movies and music with two main differentiators:

ZookZ is not a peer-to-peer file sharing system. Customers directly download safe content from our secure database, not from an unknown third party.
With ZookZ you can save, burn and play your digital entertainment through any medium or software of your choice.

Q. How many movies/songs do you have?
ZookZ launched with over 1,500 movies and 50,000 songs in our private database. We are aggressively adding 300 movies and 1,000 songs each week.

Q: What if you don’t have the song I want?
ZookZ is here to give their members what they want. If you don’t see a song or movie you want, let us know through our request line. We will do everything we can to get it up on the site within 14 days.

Q. How do I get ZookZ?
Just go to www.ZookZ.com and sign up. Our simple, safe, user-friendly interface provides access to all our digital assets.

Q: What format are the files?
Files are delivered in MP3 and MP4 formats that are compatible with most mobile devices and players so you can enjoy your entertainment when, where and how you want.

Q. Is it safe?
A. ZookZ guarantees that all our digital media is free from viruses, adware and spyware. We are dedicated to providing 100% safe, secure and high quality digital files. We employ the same security features that world’s top banks use everyday.

Q: Can I share files through ZookZ? Can I upload files to ZookZ?
No. ZookZ is not a peer-to-peer service and files cannot be uploaded or shared through ZookZ.

Q: What operating system do you need for ZookZ?
ZookZ is compatible with Mac, PC and Linux operating systems. You can also transfer the content to your iPod and most mobile video and music players.

Q: What is the ZookZ download speed?
Each ZookZ member should be able to download at a speed of 400kb/s.

Q: How many movies/music can I download at once?
Currently, members can download one file at a time. We do this to allow everyone to enjoy the same bandwidth and access. You can, however, queue up a number of files to automatically download throughout the day.

Q: What is the quality of the digital files?
ZookZ movies have a resolution of 640×480, high enough to burn onto a DVD and watch on a TV, but not so large that the downloading time slows down. Music files are a minimum of 148 BPS (20 BPS higher than iTunes) while many are over 320 BPS.

Q. How can ZookZ do this?
ZookZ is an Antiguan business operating under the parameters of the 2007 WTO ruling between Antigua and the United States. As a result we can offer our members unlimited digital entertainment.

Q: Can ZookZ be used world-wide?
Anyone 18 or older can access and become a customer of ZookZ. ZookZ delivers its music and video files in MP3 and MP4 formats that can be used on a multitude of devices regardless of geographical location.

Q: Are there parental controls on ZookZ? Can I restrict my children from downloading music with explicit lyrics / movies that are not age appropriate?
Users are required to be 18 years old in order to become a customer of ZookZ therefore there are no parental controls on content.

Q: What are your accepted Payment Methods?
ZookZ accepts VISA, Mastercard and AMEX as well as Moneybookers for electronic checks.

Q. What can members expect next from ZookZ?
ZookZ is committed to providing the best movies, music, and digital entertainment by adding hundreds of titles to our music and movie libraries each week. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

Q: Sign in problems: I can’t sign into my ZookZ account what can I do?
Please make sure that your user name and password are correct, they are case sensitive. If you cannot recall your user name or password use the “retrieve user name or password” option in the sign in page. For other issues please contact support at help@ZookZ.com.

Q: Can I burn songs or movies to CD/DVD?
Once you download a song or movie, you can enjoy it on any medium you choose subject to the terms and conditions that prohibit file sharing.

Q: How do you burn a CD/DVD with media from ZookZ?
ZookZ files are in MP3 or MP4 format and should be compatible with any device or medium that can accept those file formats. Once they are saved to your desktop, you can move them over to your driver and burn them onto your media of choice.

Q: What portable devices are compatible with ZookZ? How do you transfer MP3/MP4 files to an iPhone, iPod or other portable device?
ZookZ files are in MP3 or MP4 format and should be compatible with any device or medium that can accept those file formats. Once they are saved to your computer, you can move them to the software of your choice. Please refer to the user manual of the device you are using for instructions on how to load MP3 and MP4 files to the device.

Q: Can I upload files to ZookZ?
No. ZookZ only allows you to download music and movies from our database. ZookZ is not a peer-to-peer, file-sharing site and users are not allowed to upload any files to ZookZ

Q: What are the system requirements for ZookZ?

Q: Can I use ZookZ if I am behind a firewall? How can I tell if I’m behind a firewall?
ZookZ is a website that allows registered users to downloading music and video files. If your firewall allows you to download files from an Internet site then you should have no issues using ZookZ. If your firewall does not allow this you should check the settings or consult your system administrator

Q: Can I use my ZookZ account from other computers?
ZookZ allows you to access you account from any computer but only allows one connection per user.

Q: How do I transfer my ZookZ account to another computer?
ZookZ allows you to access you account from any computer, there is no transfer needed. ZookZ does restrict users to only one connection per account.

Q: My computer crashed, how do I recover the music and video I downloaded from ZookZ?
ZookZ provides unlimited music and video downloads, if you lose a file you can always download it again.

Q: Does ZookZ use Cookies?
Yes, ZookZ uses cookies to keep track of the login session for a user. There is no personal information or tracking of customer use contained in the cookies. For more information please refer to ZookZ’ privacy policy.

BILLING/FINANCIAL QUESTIONS

Q: I canceled ZookZ but still receiving subscription charges what do I do?
Send an email to help@ZookZ.com along with a copy of the charge on your bank statement and your date of cancellation, and we will address the issue immediately.

Q: How do I update my payment method? My payment information is out of date, how do I change it?
Go to the “MY ACCOUNT” tab and click on Financial Information to update or change your payment method. You can also update your subscription and other personal information in this screen. If you need help please contact customer support at help@ZookZ.com

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT QUESTIONS

Q: How do I restore/copy downloaded ZookZ files?
You will need to check with your computer user manual on restoring lost or corrupted files on your hard drive. If you need to re-download a file you can do so through ZookZ.

Q: How do I update my email address/password?
To update your password go to the “MY ACCOUNT” on the ZookZ website.. To update your email address you must contact help@ZookZ.com and a customer service representative will contact you with the procedure to change your email address. Only one ZookZ account is allowed per email address.

Q: I lost my password / forgot User ID, what do I do?
If you cannot remember your user name or password use the “retrieve user name or password” option in the sign in page. You can also contact support at help@ZookZ.com. You will be sent a temporary password to log in and then you will be prompted to change it.

Q: How do I upgrade, change or renew my ZookZ membership?
Go to “MY ACCOUNT” on ZookZ to manage your membership. This includes upgrades, changes, cancellations and renewals

Q: How do I change my user name?
ZookZ assigns user names and they cannot be changed.

OTHER INFORMATION

About Log Files and IP addresses
ZookZ tracks all IP addresses that come to the ZookZ website and analyses them for fraud protection purposes. ZookZ maintains log files of every download for every customer. These are utilized to help make the ZookZ customer experience better.

Customer or Technical Support
When you contact ZookZ Customer or Technical Support, whatever information you provide, either at our request or voluntarily, such as your name, email address or other contact information, credit card information (in case of a billing issue), your stated reason for requesting Customer or Technical Support, or the contents of any electronic communications will be collected by ZookZ. This information will primarily be used to provide the Support you request.

How We Use The Information We Collect
We may, at our election and without further notice to you, share the information we collect with our partners and advertisers. In such cases, the information will be presented in an anonymous manner that is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy or our terms and conditions, we will post those changes to the appropriate pages in the ZookZ website so our users are always have the most updated versions. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify registered users by way of an e-mail or similar method, and/or by posting a notice on our website. Any such changes, together with the remainder of any unaltered version of the Privacy Policy will constitute ZookZ’s Privacy Policy at the time of such notice. Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. Users are buying a monthly subscription to use the ZookZ service as often as they choose during the monthly cycle. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for the following billing cycle but service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
